Factory ships 10-15 working days after receiving payment. Production time will vary depending on current workload and for orders of 100+ pieces. Please contact us for more accurate production time based on your particular request.

Once we receive your order and art files we will email you a proof for your approval within 24 hours. This email will also note our current production time (ship date) for you to approve as well.

Once approval is received, an online invoice will be sent to you to pay for the order and start production. All major credit cards accepted.

IMPORTANT: Your order won't be entered into our production schedule until we've received both digital proof approval and payment.
